To gain a full appreciation of the volcano's spectacular sights and sounds, patrons walking by the Mirage on the Las Vegas Strip are in luck. The best view of the volcano show is right in front of the hotel. Nothing beats being right there - up close - where you can feel the heat of the flames and hear the pulsating soundtrack. Guests staying on the 14th floor or above at The Mirage meanwhile.
Outdoor shows on the Las Vegas Strip. Two great shows. There are two really good shows on the Strip that we recommend and they are free of charge. They are also within walking distance from each other. The fountain show at Bellagio is the most well-known and it is a beautiful show. The volcano at the Mirage is action-filled and definitely worth a look after their renovation in 2008. Fountains.

The times the volcano goes off has changed, its neat to see, but to catch a big show, you won't be able to see the show that night!!! I understand how they are trying to save money by cutting volcano times, but they charge now for valet and I just refuse to spend my money at a gready casino, I will go to a smaller one with less people and not pay for parking!!!'.
